This role serves as a key communication link between clients, caregivers, and internal teams, ensuring coverage, compliance, and continuity of care in a fast-paced home care environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nCreate, manage, and maintain daily, weekly, and ongoing caregiver schedules based on client care plans and caregiver availability\nMatch caregivers to clients based on skills, certifications, location, and client preferences\nCommunicate schedule assignments, updates, and changes to caregivers and clients in a timely and professional manner\nHandle call-outs, last-minute schedule changes, and emergency coverage to ensure uninterrupted client care\nMonitor schedules for compliance with labor laws, overtime limits, and agency policies\nCoordinate with nursing, HR, and operations teams regarding new hires, caregiver availability, and client start-of-care\nUpdate and maintain accurate scheduling and visit records in scheduling software and electronic health record (EHR) systems\nConfirm scheduled visits, track attendance, and address missed or late shifts\nRespond to caregiver and client scheduling inquiries, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and empathy\nSupport payroll accuracy by verifying hours worked and resolving time or scheduling discrepancies\nParticipate in an on-call rotation as required\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy\nExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills with caregivers, clients, and families\nAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment\nProfessional, empathetic, and calm under pressure\nDependable, flexible, and reliable scheduling availability",
