At ATENTO PERU, we are looking for:\n\n BILINGUAL CONSULTANT (SPANISH - ENGLISH / SPANISH - PORTUGUESE) for SKY AEROLINEA CUSTOMER SERVICE \n\n* FUNCTIONS:\nProvide advice and solutions to Sky customers regarding queries, doubts or commercial drawbacks. Perform the removal of Tickets. Provide customers with offers or promotions intended for them.\n\n* REQUIREMENTS:\nAdvanced handling of PORTUGUESE or ENGLISH (oral and written).\nDesirable to be over 19 years of age and have completed High School.\n6 months experience in Call center or Face to face customer service is desirable police, judicial or criminal record.\nMust have own tools (PC or LAPTOP) and wired Internet.\n\n* FULL TIME SCHEDULE - 48 hours weekly:\nMONDAY to SUNDAY in variable range from 1 pm to 11 pm.
