We are currently seeking a highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our team and take charge of managing and driving our growing portfolio of cases towards successful results.\nWorking Schedule and Mode\nSchedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. m. 4:30 p.m. m.\nModality: Remote\nRequirements\nB2/C1 English level\nExperience as a Case Manager, Paralegal or Legal Assistant\nAt least 1 year of experience working with US legal firms\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills\nAbility to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities\nExcellent communication and follow-up skills\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and monitor the progress of bankruptcy cases, ensuring deadlines, filings and hearings are met on time.\nPrepare, organize and file required legal documentation in accordance with court requirements.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date records within the case management system.\nAct as the primary point of contact with clients, providing updates and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.\nCoordinate communication between clients, attorneys, courts and trustees, ensuring the proper progression of cases.",
