What function are you going to perform?
Outbound service, we will call customers who have had a bad experience with Wom, and your mission will be to retain them by offering loyalty tools.

AVAILABLE TIME RANGES:
- From Monday to Sunday with 01 day of rest per week

- Full Time 48 hours
Time range:
Full Time: 07:00 AM to 06:00 PM Hrs (6x1)
Full Time: 10:00 AM to 08:00 PM Hrs (6x1)
(**) Schedules are granted according to availability of the operation.

What requirements must you meet?
- 03 months experience in withholdings, sales, collections or atc
- Availability to train you for 14 days
- Have a computer or laptop, internet, headset and what is necessary for remote management. (INDISPENSABLE)
