We value diversity of experience, skills, and are committed to creating an environment where everyone feels valued and supported.\n\nYour challenges:\nYou supervise and motivate call advisors to ensure they are meeting renewal goals, offering ongoing training and support to improve their communication and sales skills. \nYou develop and execute effective strategies for customer renewal, based on data analysis and customer feedback (with the evaluations they make), adapted to the team's capabilities. \nYou ensure managers' interactions with customers are of high quality, evaluating calls and providing feedback to improve the customer experience and increase renewal rates. \nYou work hand in hand with the onboarding and experience area to ensure that clients continue with the company. \nYou handle complex or escalated problems that managers cannot resolve, and find effective solutions to keep the client in the company \nImplement training and development programs to improve the skills of advisors, focusing on sales techniques, objection handling and customer service. \nYou guarantee the management of cohorts that present opportunities both in collections and in clients for renewal instances in countries like COL.
