We are building the future of the Dominican real estate sector and are seeking a motivated Sales and Business Development Representative to join our growing team.

Your role
You will be Area Vista's frontline Ambassador: you will open doors, generate strategic alliances and represent our brand in the real estate ecosystem. This position combines business development, consultative sales, networking and public relations.

Main responsibilities
Acquire and manage accounts for real estate agencies, agents, developers and advertisers.
Present and market Area Vista premium packages and services.
Develop strategic alliances with key actors.
Represent the brand at fairs, events and professional associations.
Collaborate with Marketing and IT to align campaigns and generate strategic feedback.

What we look for in you
Proven experience in business development, B2B sales or partnerships.
Outstanding communication, persuasion and networking skills.
Fluency in Spanish (English highly valued).
Entrepreneurial, proactive and results-oriented profile.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and collaborate as a team.
