If what you read below sounds like something that sounds like something to you interested, we want to meet you!\n\nPosition Overview:\nWe are looking for a proactive and resourceful professional with strong commercial skills to join our regional Business Development team, as a Sales Development Representative, in this role you will be responsible for supporting the B2B sales team in acquiring new clients. You must have the ability to recognize a clear sales opportunity and know how to set an effective pre-sales appointment for our outside sales executives, being creative in reaching the right prospects (comfort level speaking with company managers and others involved in decision making), and demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills, maintaining perseverance and dedication to make a productive volume of calls.\n\nResponsibilities:\nManage the initiation of cold sales and cross-selling of licenses to clients, Latin American companies and corporations with a high corporate profile.\nProvide assertive communication with prospective clients through telephone calls, mailing strategies, sending commercial letters, text messages, in person and social networking sites in order to schedule the greatest number of effective appointments.\nCarry out follow-up on meetings, interviews and contacts made, in order to successfully close the greatest number of sales of the Open English license.\nPrepare, structure and deliver reports management of corporate contacts at the Latin American level.\nMaintain constant study and optimization of sales processes and commercial strategies in order to achieve the stated objectives\nMake notes in the CRM (Salesforce) that reflect all communications from clients / prospects.\nCheck email frequently and provide a quality response immediately.\nKeep up to date with the products, features and benefits that Open English offers for its clients.\nThe constant search and calls from potential clients to schedule an appointment commercial.\nReceive incoming calls (customers from interested companies) giving due management, as stipulated by the immediate boss.\n\nRequirements:\nExperience prospecting corporate clients from 6 months.\nPrevious experience of at least 6 months in the sales area establishing appointments calling medium and large companies.\nCreate direct sales opportunities in your contacts.\nFull-time availability.\n\nRequirements desirable:\nPreferably with experience in prospecting (B2B or B2C).\nKnowledge and management of CRM (Salesforce) is an added value.\nKnowledge of office tools, experience in typing/data entry.\nPreferably a technician or technologist with a degree in careers related to sales or relevant experience to perform the position.\n\nA successful candidate for this position will demonstrate the following skills and personal attributes:\nManagement of objections, use of resources to help potential clients with their questions.\nHigh level of professionalism when resolving concerns or following up on scheduled appointments.\nAssertive communication, resilience, organization, motivation.\nHigh communication skills, demonstrating oral and written competence, ability to construct a story from the data presented.\nDetail-oriented, with the ability to work in a team and independently.",
