As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be able to join us at a critical growth stage to help us expand beyond our strong referral business and develop new accounts in diverse industries, including High Tech, Consumer Goods and Services, Financial Services, and Healthcare and Life Sciences.
As an SDR at Oktana, you will identify, contact and schedule new meetings within an established Ideal Client Profile (ICP). You will quickly become adept at investigating the nuances within our client profiles that make someone an excellent candidate for our services. Plus, you'll follow a proven and successful cold prospecting process using video, email, LinkedIn, and, yes, cold calling. You'll schedule meetings for our VP of Managed Services, and as you learn more about our company and services, you'll eventually have opportunities for advancement.
This is a remote position and you will collaborate with team members throughout Latin America and the US.
Your profile:
Fluent or native English: This is the main requirement for this position. If you're comfortable conversing with native US speakers, you're a good fit for the role.
Experience: Minimum one year of experience as an SDR, preferably in the SaaS or IT industry.

Your functions:
You will use tools such as Apollo.io, Hippo Video, G-Suite, Salesforce and Dialpad (VOIP system).
First two weeks: You will learn our sales tools and processes, receive training on our service offering, begin sending emails and messages, and role-play our scripts with the leadership team.
Weeks Three and Four: You'll begin adding prospects to sequences, cold calling, messaging, and having daily call reviews with our team.
Week Five onwards: You will perform at a high level, demonstrating all best practices learned.
