In this role, we will actively participate in the generation of commercial opportunities: we will research and prospect potential accounts, work on qualification with high-level conversations and ensure consistent and orderly delivery of opportunities to the team of account executives. Our goal is to align sales and marketing to continually improve lead generation campaigns and pipeline quality.

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Interfell, our goal will be to consistently build and qualify business opportunities, ensuring a smooth transition into the account executive team.
Research and identify potential clients through market research and target account analysis.
Contact prospects by
cold calling
and
email
to start sales conversations and begin qualification.
Manage prospecting
multichannel
(incoming and outgoing channels), maintaining high-level conversations.
Build solid and sustainable relationships with prospects, until they become
qualified opportunities
.
Collaborate with
Marketing
and the team
Sales
to ensure alignment with strategy and support continuous improvement of lead generation campaigns.
Maintain updated data in the
CRM
, clearly and accurately recording each interaction, finding and the progress of the relationship.
Transfer qualified opportunities to the account executive team, ensuring a
smooth transition
for the client in the closing process.
This position is ideal for recent graduates or for professionals in the early stages of their career, as we combine practical learning with a focus on commercial discipline and pipeline quality.

to contact and qualify with consistency.
Knowledge/use of
CRM platforms
to record activities and maintain pipeline traceability.
Additional requirements (languages):
Spanish.

Experience or interest in
