Job Description
Multinational in the health sector is looking for a Customer Service Representative with 1 year of experience in BPO, call center in English, customer service.
Your responsibilities will include
Represents the company to external and internal customers, answers product-related questions, locates lost shipments, interprets and clarifies customer orders for the shipping department, takes orders or records, and when necessary, may connect customers with appropriate field or support personnel.
Answer calls
You can manage orders or registrations via the Internet, check customer credits with management, return merchandise for credit, identify quality control complaints, and write price differences on mail orders.
You can approve the allocation of low stock, special price offers, bonuses, deductions and price adjustments.
May manage inventories at customer sites using EDI (electronic data interchange), forecasting, replenishment and inventory systems, focusing on stock and allocation issues to maximize service levels.
Skills: Soft skills such as assertive communication, problem solving, teamwork and emotional intelligence. Knowledge in continuous improvement and data analysis would be a plus.
