100% remote work from any area of ​​El Salvador. San Salvador is used solely as a geographic reference for the advertisement; There is no office or in-person attendance required.

Do you speak English and Spanish and like to chat with small business owners? Salamanca Productions LLC is looking for a person located in El Salvador to support B2B commercial calls to businesses in the United States. Remote, part-time opportunity, with weekly pay, training, and clear commissions on eligible sales.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Make outgoing calls during part of US business hours.
- Listen to needs and present digital services with approved prices and scope: websites, CRM configuration and telephone reception with artificial intelligence.
- Schedule conversations with interested prospects and record each call and follow-up in authorized tools.
- Follow professional and honest communication guidelines, without promising unconfirmed results.

COMPENSATION
US$6 per approved and registered hour, paid weekly. Up to 12 hours per week during the pilot. With good performance, there may be opportunities to work more hours than initially planned.
Commissions for eligible sales originated by you: US$100 for website activation, US$100 for CRM setup and US$200 for AI reception activation. If a customer activates all three eligible services, the total commission can be US$400.
The commission is paid after confirming the collection of the attributed activation and completing the corresponding cancellation or refund review. No commission is paid on monthly payments. No number of sales or commission amount is guaranteed.

WE ARE LOOKING
- Solid conversational English and fluent Spanish for business calls.
- Experience in telephone sales, B2B prospecting, call center, telemarketing or appointment scheduling.
- Professional communication, organization and disciplined follow-up.
- Reliable internet and adequate space for calls.
- Availability during part of US business hours.

We provide initial training, conversation guides, and access to authorized tools. During the selection there will be a short conversation in English and questions about business situations. Apply with a summary of your experience, English level and weekly availability.
