What will you do in this role?

Serve clients through calls quickly and clearly.
Accompany the customer, resolve doubts and guide them to the purchase.
Detect sales opportunities and close operations.
Correctly record the information of each interaction.
Work as a team to meet and exceed sales objectives.
What we look for in you

Be 20 years old or older.
Excellent writing and spelling (this is key).
Good communication and customer orientation.
Proactive attitude, focus on results and desire to learn.
Availability to work fixed hours from 09:00 to 18:00, 5 days a week with 2 days off.
Stable Internet connection.
Experience in online sales, customer service or call center.
