Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative with an entrepreneurial mindset to focus on outbound prospecting and lead generation. You will be the first point of contact for brands interested in Breef, helping them understand our value and connecting them with the right agencies.
Main responsibilities:
Perform outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn and phone calls.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Account Management team.
Customize outreach using CRM tools and internal data.
Share presentations, follow-ups and insights to nurture prospects.
Collaborate on improving messages and conversion.
Monitor metrics and contribute to the optimization of the sales strategy.
Requirements and skills:
1–3 years of sales experience (preferably in technology, media or marketing).
Advanced English (oral and written).
Passion for marketing, branding and the creative industry.
Entrepreneurial mentality and proactive attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic startup environment.
Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm (time zone of your choice: EST or CST).
Modality: 100% remote.
