Job Description
ElevateOS is a PropTech company powering thousands of apartment buildings across the United States and Canada. Our Services team focuses on delivering seamless resident experiences by coordinating a range of in-home and on-site services, including housekeeping, pet services, moving, and more. This role supports scheduling and coordination across multiple service lines, ensuring residents receive timely and high-quality service while enabling our operations to run smoothly across remote teams. You will play a key part in elevating the resident experience and contributing to the efficiency and growth of our services department.

What you’ll do
Respond promptly to incoming calls, emails, and service inquiries.
Schedule, confirm, and update service appointments.
Input and maintain customer and appointment information in internal systems.
Communicate schedule changes clearly to residents, service partners, and internal teams.
Assist with special scheduling or administrative requests.
Organize workflow by routing requests and managing assignments.
Resolve scheduling conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with other departments to support smooth daily operations.
Assist with Onboarding Operations, including sourcing and identifying candidates, conducting interviews, and completing onboarding paperwork.
What we’re looking for
We are seeking a dependable Resident Service Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment. You will be the backbone of daily operations, ensuring every service request is handled efficiently and with a high level of customer care. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask across multiple service lines and stakeholders. You should be comfortable working independently, and proactively solving scheduling challenges. Prior experience in scheduling, operations, or customer support is a plus, as is familiarity with scheduling tools, CRMs, or booking platforms. A background in home services, hospitality, or operations, and experience with remote teams or recruiting, will be advantageous.
Schedule
Monday–Wednesday: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM CST
Saturday–Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM CST
Additional hours as needed
Schedule may be adjusted based on company needs
Nice-to-have
Experience with scheduling tools, CRMs, or booking platforms. Background in home services, hospitality, or operations. Prior work with remote teams. Experience with recruiting and onboarding processes. Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset. Ability to work independently with a friendly, professional demeanor and a customer-centric approach.
