Job Description

KeepCoding is a technological training school aimed at real employability. We train professionals in the IT sector through demanding, practical and results-focused programs, with strong human support.
We are seeking to incorporate an Academic Manager with high organizational capacity, professional judgment and emotional maturity, who assumes the academic management of our training programs with rigor, structure and orientation towards excellence.
This role requires a combination of management, structured monitoring of students and teachers, mastery of digital tools and sustained work capacity.

Role Mission
Guarantee the academic and operational quality of training programs, ensuring:
Clear methodologies.
Structured monitoring of students.
Effective coordination of teachers.
Ordered and measurable processes.
A demanding and humane educational experience, where the student receives attention and support, but also clear limits and responsibility for his or her own progress.
Main functions
Academic and methodological management
Definition and implementation of training quality standards.
Methodological management of bootcamps and programs.
Coordination of academic calendars.
Supervision of content and documentation.
Continuous improvement of academic processes.
Teacher management
Evaluation and monitoring of teachers.
Pedagogical and operational coordination.
Resolution of academic incidents.
Student management
Structured monitoring of student progress within defined plans.
Continuous communication during startups, final projects and academic milestones.
Management of incidents with professional criteria and clear limits.
Close support without losing academic demands.
Operational management
Control of tools, licenses and platforms.
Coordination of corporate training.
Rigorous registration and updating of academic information.
Proposal for improvements and simplification of processes.

Profile we are looking for
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in academic, educational or university management.
Experience in teaching coordination and management of training programs.
Previous experience working with adult or young students in demanding environments and of different nationalities.
Knowledge of the technological or digital educational ecosystem.

Valuable training
Education, Psychology, Pedagogy, Engineering or similar.
Complementary training in educational management or learning methodologies.
Desirable: Intermediate/high English.

Conditions
Location: 100% remote (LatAm).
Schedule: 07:00 to 15:30 (CET with the need for flexibility eventually to adapt according to coordination with teachers and students).
Time: Full time – 40 hours per week.
Salary: €1,000 gross per month.
Type of contract: Provision of services.

Own updated computer.
