Job Description
We are seeking a Digital Community and Growth Manager for Duolingo to lead the expansion of a public community and the development of high-value programs for key members. The selected person will work on the growth strategy, community activation and feedback structuring to support the development of the product and the ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a growth plan to scale the public community.
Collaborate with the performance marketing team as the main acquisition engine.
Plan and manage the content calendar for the community.
Recruit, train and manage volunteer moderators.
Design and optimize the recruitment funnel for members of the Inner Circle.
Structure the Inner Circle program to obtain high-value feedback.
Requirements:
More than 5 years of experience in community management, audience development, social media or growth marketing.
Strong editorial judgment and sensitivity to content.
Ability to operate on a large scale with rigor and organization.
Experience transforming qualitative insights into structured information.
