Professional is sought to define and maintain the technical vision of assigned projects and the practice of the technological stack, making architectural decisions aligned with the long-term strategy and ensuring technical quality in delivery.
Responsibilities:
Define and maintain the technical vision of the assigned projects and the stack practice.
Make architectural and technological stack decisions aligned with the long-term strategy.
Apply code standards and engineering practices.
Manage technical debt, identifying, prioritizing and supervising its resolution.
Manage teams of up to 12 people.
Provide direct management to developers through one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, career planning, and salary contributions.
Accompany developers through code reviews, pair programming and knowledge sharing initiatives.
Participate in selection processes and ensure effective incorporation of new hires.
Support pre-sales processes with technical knowledge, including high-level designs, architectural proposals and detection of risks and challenges.
Decompose business requirements into technical deliverables and support estimates.
Promote innovation by monitoring trends and recommending relevant solutions.
Contribute to department discussions on technologies and ways of working, contributing to efficiency, optimization and engineering practices.
Strengthen customer trust and satisfaction through technical quality and on-time delivery.
Requirements:
Technical experience in Python of at least 6 years.
Frontend experience, preferably with React.
Knowledge of systems design and architecture.
Experience in people management, including support, feedback and conflict resolution.
Communication ability with technical and business profiles.
Decision making and problem solving.
Ability to balance business constraints with technical quality.
Written and spoken English level C1 or higher and Polish.
