We are looking for a travel manager in EMEA to manage the execution of the program, the relationship with suppliers and coordination with clients, ensuring correct application of the strategy in the region.
Responsibilities:
Implement the travel program in EMEA and ensure a consistent and safe travel experience.
Drive use of the program, increasing awareness, participation and compliance.
Manage suppliers and travel agency, ensuring the correct functioning of the service.
Monitor indicators and service agreements, proposing improvements when necessary.
Coordinate with business managers and other parties involved.
Support the integration of meeting and event travel.
Manage projects, meeting deadlines and communicating progress.
Use data to make decisions and present clear conclusions.
Participate in initiatives to change and adapt tools and processes.
Requirements:
More than 5 years in corporate travel management.
Experience in an international environment.
Knowledge of technology applied to travel.
Ability to manage suppliers and analyze data.
Project management experience.
Training in business administration or similar.
