Job Description
The position focuses on defining, developing and leading artificial intelligence strategy in an organization, with responsibility for building AI systems in production and their integration into real products. Combines technical leadership with hands-on work on advanced AI systems.
Responsibilities:
Define and execute the artificial intelligence roadmap across all AI products.
Lead, guide and develop the AI ​​team, promoting a culture oriented towards execution and performance.
Design and implement generative AI systems in production applied to voice, chat and document flows.
Participate hands-on in the development of AI systems, including architecture, implementation and optimization.
Design and monitor agent-based flows, information retrieval systems, and language model-based architectures.
Establish and scale evaluation, testing and monitoring systems for AI systems.
Define and ensure development, deployment and iteration practices in AI systems.
Ensure reliable delivery and fast iteration cycles within a small team.
Collaborate with product, design and engineering to integrate AI into real product flows.
Translate complex AI capabilities into understandable and usable product functionality.
Act as an internal reference in artificial intelligence within the organization.
Communicate the strategy and evolution of AI to technical and non-technical profiles.
Requirements:
Between five and six years of experience building and deploying artificial intelligence systems in production.
Experience with agent-based systems or information retrieval systems in real environments, beyond basic use of APIs.
Proficiency in Python and backend development applied to artificial intelligence products.
Experience leading or guiding AI engineering teams, defining technical direction and raising work standards.
Complete experience in developing AI functionalities from conception to product deployment.
Knowledge of evaluation, monitoring and observability of language models.
Ability to combine practical work with technical leadership in dynamic environments.
Product mentality and orientation to convert AI capabilities into real value for the user.
High level of English.
