Job Description
We are looking for a technical profile with experience in development and team management, capable of combining programming tasks with people coordination. The position requires active participation in daily technical work, along with supervision of a small team of engineers. The ability to make technical decisions, maintain a clear vision of the area and collaborate with product in definition and planning will be valued.
Responsibilities:
Participate in development and code review.
Collaborate on projects, guards and incidents.
Manage a team of 4 to 8 engineers.
Maintain the technical direction of the area.
Work with product in planning.
Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering or management.
• Golang knowledge or learning ability.
• Experience in technical projects lasting several months.
• Experience in engineering management.
