We are looking for a person responsible for motion graphics and digital animation for the development of visual pieces for marketing campaigns, product explanatory content, social networks and digital advertising in the United Kingdom market. The position ranges from the conceptualization of ideas to the final delivery of the animations, guaranteeing visual coherence and technical quality in each project.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the design and animation of motion graphics for marketing campaigns in the United Kingdom, product explanatory content, content for social networks and digital advertising.
Conceptualize and develop storyboards, frames and animation sequences aligned with the brand objectives in the United Kingdom.
Maintain visual consistency and technical quality in all motion pieces.
Improve design through experimentation, art direction and storytelling.
Work collaboratively with creative, marketing and product teams in the UK to translate objectives into motion content.
Mentor junior motion designers and support creative execution.
Collaborate with video editors, videographers and graphic designers to produce cohesive multimedia content.
Present design concepts to interested parties clearly and persuasively.
Supervise motion production from the initial phase to delivery, ensuring efficiency and technical quality.
Develop reusable templates and motion design systems to optimize production.
Manage several projects at the same time, balancing creative innovation with on-time deliveries.
Resolve animation, rendering or visual effects issues to maintain quality.
Experiment with advanced visual effects, 3D animation and emerging digital formats.
Requirements:
• Degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design or related field.
• More than 5 years of professional experience in motion design, animation or creative production.
• Mastery of Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and other motion design tools such as Cinema 4D and Blender as added value.
• Project management, organization and communication skills.
• Portfolio or reel that shows advanced work in motion design and animation.

Salary to receive
£32,000 - £50,000 / year
