Job Description

Purpose of the position:
Ensure the operation, stability and security of the infrastructure in Azure, leading the operations area and the management of productive environments. The role will be responsible for platforms, databases, integrations, IIS deployments, access control, certificates and domains, resolving complex incidents and accompanying technical projects in coordination with other areas.

Main responsibilities:
- Operate and manage the infrastructure in Azure (availability, scalability and security).
- Execute and coordinate deployments using Azure DevOps.
- Supervise the area's ticket management and assign tasks to the team.
- Resolve complex database incidents (SQL Server / T-SQL).
- Analyze and diagnose failures in integrations (SOAP / APIs).
- Perform deployments on IIS servers.
- Manage domains and SSL certificates.
- Participate in infrastructure projects (planning and execution).
- Coordinate with other areas to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Guarantee the security of the infrastructure and correct access management.
- Provide internal technical support to the teams.
- Monitor operational continuity and manage preventive actions.
- Document and collaborate in the understanding of legacy applications.

Requirements:
- Solid experience in Azure infrastructure.
- Advanced management of Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of SQL Server (administration and T-SQL).
- Experience in SOAP integrations and APIs.
- Ability to analyze errors in web applications.
- Experience in domain administration and SSL certificates.
- Knowledge of system security and access control.
- Experience in technological infrastructure projects.
- Maintenance and updating of data sources for reports in Power BI.
