We are looking for a person with product management experience to redefine how tools are built when the primary users are AI agents. The position combines product vision, technical decision making and coordination between teams to build infrastructure designed for autonomous systems.
Responsibilities:
Redefine the product management role in a context where the primary users are AI agents.
Interact with clients of different technical and business profiles to understand real needs.
Take responsibility for defining issues, requirements, and priorities around agent tools.
Decide what gets built, what gets postponed, and what gets scrapped in the product roadmap.
Define success metrics before launching new features.
Maintain alignment between engineering, design and leadership.
Requirements:
7+ years of product management experience in developer tools, or experience as a founder with a strong product focus.
Clear view of what makes an infrastructure truly usable by AI agents.
Mentality oriented towards speed of execution.
Ability to build with limited resources and make pragmatic decisions.
Regular use of artificial intelligence to speed up work.
Experience working in asynchronous and distributed environments.
