Job Description
We are looking for a person to join the Human Resources and office operations area in an international and remote environment. The position focuses on people process management, administration and operational coordination, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and connection with the global BingX team.
Responsibilities:
Design and execute an experience to incorporate new people into the team and into the global culture of the organization.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor regulations and social security regulations in human resources processes.
Act as a point of contact with external payroll providers to ensure correct and timely payments.
Serve as primary point of contact for internal inquiries related to people, performance and team policies.
Oversee daily office operations and remote operational coordination, including vendor management such as cleaning, supplies and security, as well as compliance with health and safety regulations.
Support management in organizing travel, planning and managing local expenses.
Provide support to the legal and compliance team in administrative procedures and documentation required by local authorities.
Manage selection processes from start to finish for team positions, including search, interviews and negotiation of conditions.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in human resources and office administration, preferably in fintech, cryptocurrency, or financial services.
High level of English with professional ability to communicate in work environments. Knowledge of German valued positively.
Knowledge of labor legislation, payroll processes and office security regulations.
Ability to build processes from scratch in regulated and changing environments.
Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive information confidentially.
Availability to work remotely.
