At TuGestion, we drive the future by connecting the best talent in Latin America with projects of high international impact. Currently, we are looking for a high-level Digital Retoucher / Artefinalist to join the creative team of one of our main allies in Spain.

If you are passionate about visual detail, master the aesthetics of the Food & Packaging sector and are looking for stability in a top-level remote environment with an efficient shift, this position is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced image retouching for advertising, products and food (digital food styling).

Ensure chromatic consistency, color correction and professional light management.

Carry out complex photocompositions and thorough cleaning of surfaces (imperfections).

Prepare final artwork for digital catalogs and high-quality printing (packaging).

Collaborate directly with photographers and art directors in Spain.

Profile requirements:

Verifiable experience: Solid portfolio in professional retouching (Essential).

Software: Expert command of Adobe Photoshop and pre-press tools.

Skills: High aesthetic criteria, organization and responsiveness under tight deadlines.

Connectivity: Have high-performance computing equipment and a stable internet connection (fiber optics) for the flow of large files.

Offer conditions:

Modality: 100% Remote (From Colombia).

Hours: Monday to Friday from 4:00 AM to 10:00 AM. 6-hour day per day (Ideal to free up your afternoons).

Compensation: 600 US Dollars monthly.

Hiring: Direct through our LLC in the USA.
