At the TCC logistics group we are looking for a Technical Review Analyst for our International Cargo SBU in the TCC Customs Agency, whose main mission will be to comprehensively review all the supporting documents of the operations, as well as the customs documents that apply according to the regime, guaranteeing the correct presentation and compliance with the current applicable customs regulations.\nRequirements: \nTraining: Professional in Business Administration, International Business or related areas\nExperience: 3 - 5 years in Customs processes as an advisor, tariff classification and/or technical document reviewer.\nSalary: $3,091,523 + food voucher.\nResponsibilities:\n1. Compare the documents delivered by the client vs. the DO typed, with the objective of verifying that the information agrees and reports the respective corrections (both in reviews with copies and reviews with originals) \n2. It guarantees that both the documents, approvals, permits or any legal or administrative restrictions and the information provided comply with current and applicable customs regulations. Regarding the tariff classification, you must verify that it corresponds to the description and characteristics of the merchandise \n3. Always validate the country of origin and provenance of the merchandise to confirm if tariff benefits apply to the importer, or if a customs certificate of passage is required. If a certificate of origin or invoice declaration is not provided, you must leave a comment to inform the client \n4. Verify that the statements or documents prepared are correctly completed, taking into account the information provided and the supporting documents \n5. It guarantees and analyzes that all the necessary customs valuation elements are taken into account for the correct determination of the customs value of the goods and settlement of customs taxes \n6. Requires the data processor for advance declarations (voluntary and by rule), to send a screenshot of the eta of the merchandise with evidence of consultation on the day of the review, to verify that it is within the legal terms \n7. Validate the minimum descriptions provided according to current regulations, which are consistent with the product \n8. Maintains control of the revisions in the established format, detailing the quality of the revision that is made with the objective of providing feedback to the typing assistants \n9. Identify recurring errors and report to the Customs Typing Facilitator for management of lessons learned \n10. Accompanies the coordinator, director and legal area in the training processes on changes in regulations, good practices and feedback on lessons learned \n11.
