We are looking for a
Sales Account Manager
responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of B2B accounts through consultative selling and long-term relationship building. This role focuses on developing sustainable commercial partnerships, managing ongoing sales opportunities, and generating consistent revenue through recurring, high-value orders.
-Monthly Budget: $1,800 to $2,500 USD + commission structure.

Job functions
Pipeline Management:
Build and maintain a solid pipeline of both new and existing B2B accounts.
Account Growth:
Manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure continuous growth and retention.
Relationship Building:
Develop ongoing relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Commercial Support:
Handle inquiries regarding availability, pricing, alternatives, and shipping.
Closing Sales:
Negotiate and close wholesale and high-value orders.
Cycle Monitoring:
Provide constant follow-up on purchase cycles.
Multichannel Communication:
Communicate effectively via phone calls, email, and WhatsApp.
Conflict Resolution:
Handle objections and provide accurate product and shipping information.
CRM Accuracy:
Register and update all information in the CRM system.
Primary Contact:
Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
Reporting:
Monitor and report on account performance and sales results.

Qualifications and requirements
Experience:
Minimum of
3 years
in B2B sales or international account management.
Languages:
Native/Fluent Spanish +
English (C1 level)
.
Market Knowledge:
Experience managing international accounts (
USA, Canada, or LATAM
).
Tools:
Proficiency in
CRM (Salesforce preferred)
, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
Product Background:
Experience selling
consumer electronics
, gaming consoles, small appliances, laptops, or similar technology.
Full Cycle Sales:
Proven experience managing the complete sales cycle (from prospecting to post-sales).
Performance:
Proven history of meeting KPIs (revenue, calls, closing rates, etc.).
Process Driven:
Familiarity with structured sales processes, SOPs, and scripts.

Desirable skills
Pipeline Volume:
Desirable experience managing a pipeline of
100+ accounts
