At C&S we are looking for candidates for the position of Sales & Marketing Tech Lead - Senior / Specialist.
Work modality
100% remote for residents of Argentina.
Occasionally, specific assistance could be requested from offices in Parque Patricios (CABA).
There could be specific trips according to the needs of the project.
Hours: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (GMT-3 / Argentina time).
Task description
Lead the design, construction and configuration of solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing in a global environment.
Act as the main technical point of contact for the Sales & Marketing domain, collaborating with multiple teams and areas of the business.
Make technical decisions at the team level and contribute to key architecture decisions and solution roadmap.
Translate commercial requirements (sales, marketing, customer engagement) into clear, scalable and maintainable technical designs.
Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to review sales processes, opportunity management, campaigns, leads and customer journeys.
Define and optimize lead management processes, sales pipeline, marketing automation and customer segmentation.
Design and implement integrations between D365 Sales & Marketing and other systems (legacy CRMs, ERPs, marketing platforms, analytics tools).
Ensure compliance with good practices, quality standards, security and performance within the Microsoft ecosystem (D365, Azure, Power Platform).
Coordinate with development, QA, and business teams to ensure high-quality deliverables, extensive testing, and successful adoption of the solution.
What are we looking for?
Training in Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Administration or related careers (graduate or advanced student).
Profile with strong technical leadership and functional understanding of sales and marketing processes.
Ability to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions on D365.
Essential skills
Advanced and verifiable experience in:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (Customer Engagement) and modules linked to Marketing (Dynamics 365 Marketing / Customer Insights Journeys or other equivalent solutions).
Implementation and customization of complex solutions in the Sales & Marketing domain:
Management of leads, opportunities, accounts and contacts.
End-to-end business cycle and process automation.
Configuration of campaigns, customer journeys and segmentations.
Data integrations between D365 and other systems (ERPs, marketing tools, e-commerce platforms, data warehouses) using:
Azure Logic Apps
Service Bus
REST/SOAP APIs
Integration middlewares
Migration of legacy CRM/Marketing data to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Design and definition of technical architecture of Sales & Marketing solutions on D365, scalable and maintainable.
Use of templates, accelerator solutions and reusable components within the D365 ecosystem.
Definition and application of security and governance principles for D365 and Azure environments.
Experience in SQL Scripting (T-SQL) and data management in the context of business analytics and marketing.
Testing solutions at scale: functional tests, UAT, regression and performance.
Management of versioning and use of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for D365 solutions.
Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) integrated with D365 for sales and marketing use cases.
Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Advanced English (oral and written) exclusive.
Desirable skills
Previous experience as a Tech Lead in CRM/Sales/Marketing projects on a global scale.
Knowledge of commercial analytics and marketing (funnel KPIs, conversion, churn, NPS, etc.).
Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing), Azure or Power Platform.
Experience in high criticality and availability environments, with a focus on performance, observability and user experience.
Ability to drive continuous improvement, technical mentoring and adoption of good practices within the team.
