Job Description

Pay: $17,000 – 19,000MXN base + performance incentives
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM CST
Location: Remote (Mexico only)

This is a full-time outbound B2B sales role for experienced callers.
You will spend most of your day on the phone contacting U.S. businesses, speaking with decision-makers, and booking qualified meetings for senior sales reps. This is not an entry-level role, not a call center job, and not a side gig.

If you have not worked on high-volume outbound B2B sales before, this role will not be a fit. Experienced sales candidates only.

THE ROLE

As an Outbound Sales Development Representative, you will:

Make high-volume outbound calls to qualified U.S. business leads

Speak with owners, directors, and senior managers

Book and confirm qualified sales meetings

Follow up to reduce no-shows and cancellations

Log activity and outcomes in Pipedrive CRM

This role is focused on consistency, quality conversations, and show rates, not spray-and-pray dialing.



REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

3+ years of outbound B2B calling experience

Comfortable making 80–120 outbound calls per day

Experience booking meetings with decision-makers

English level C1 or higher (required)

CRM experience (Pipedrive preferred)

Strong time management and follow-through



REMOTE WORK REQUIREMENTS

50 Mbps stable internet minimum

Personal computer (i5 or equivalent, 8 GB RAM+)

Webcam and headset

Backup plan for power or internet outages
