This role sits at the core of our business development efforts, collaborating with the sales team to create a steady stream of high-quality meetings.
This is a pure outbound sales role. This position is not related to software development, engineering, or technical implementation. We are exclusively seeking candidates with interest or experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.

Role responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to targeted lists and identify key stakeholders within prospective accounts.
Deliver compelling value propositions, articulate service offerings, and uncover client needs.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and book qualified discovery or demo appointments for the sales team.
Handle objections with empathy, resolve common concerns, and maintain a positive professional tone.
Enter and maintain accurate activity in our CRM, including call outcomes, next steps, and notes for follow-up.
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize messaging, target lists, and outreach sequences.
Meet or exceed monthly KPIs for calls made, conversations, and meetings scheduled.
Provide timely feedback on market signals, competitive intelligence, and campaign effectiveness.
What you’ll bring

The successful candidate will be comfortable initiating conversations with decision-makers, handling objections, and maintaining a professional, persuasive demeanor. Prior experience in lead generation or sales is a plus, but we value attitude, reliability, and the ability to learn quickly as well.

Desirable qualifications
Experience in outbound calling or tele-sales, lead generation, or early-stage sales development. Familiarity with the sales cycle, appointment setting, and pipeline building. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools. Comfortable with a metrics-driven environment and a willingness to adapt messaging based on feedback. Strong time management, reliability, and a professional presence on calls.
