We help companies connect with top IT professionals in LATAM through staffing and recruiting, focusing on inclusion and work-life balance. 🚀 In this role, we support the growth of our business presence in Mexico with a focus on Monterrey, expanding B2B corporate accounts in the real estate development sector. The Sales Executive will prospect, build, and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, and drive the full sales cycle—from opportunity generation and client meetings to proposal presentations and deal negotiation—while strengthening market positioning through industry participation.

We develop new business opportunities to expand the firm’s presence in Mexico, with a focus on Monterrey.
We prospect and manage B2B corporate accounts within the real estate development sector, including investors, developers, and corporations with architectural projects.
We build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
We lead the full sales cycle: opportunity generation, client meetings, proposal presentations, and deal negotiation.
We represent the firm in in-person meetings, industry events, and conferences to strengthen market positioning and generate new opportunities.
We work remotely and remain based in Monterrey, with local mobility required to attend meetings and industry events and to support closing deals.
We conduct regional travel within Monterrey and manage commercial follow-up and administrative tasks related to the sales pipeline.
Commissions and bonuses are included.
The salary is contractor-based.
