About the Role

You will be the human voice closing the demand BuildShare's AI engine generates — into the United States real estate market, the largest and most active real estate market on the planet. We are scaling OwnersBuilt, expanding the BBO franchise network, and growing BuildShare Capital and WeBuyLots in parallel. Each of these programs needs a sales operator who can take a warm lead, qualify it, demo the product, and move it across the finish line.

This is a long-term remote role with base compensation plus uncapped, deal-based commissions — the US market is huge, the deals are large, and the commission stack is built so that strong closers earn well above their base every month.

What You'll Do
Run inbound and outbound sales for OwnersBuilt — qualify US homebuyer leads, walk them through the ownership program, schedule discovery calls, close.
Support BBO recruitment — qualify candidate builders for franchise territories, coordinate intro calls with the founding team.
Support BuildShare Capital investor outreach — qualify HNWI / family office leads, schedule capital calls, hand off to underwriting.
Maintain CRM hygiene across all programs — every lead, every status, every next action — clean data is the deliverable.
Run weekly cadence: outbound activity, calls booked, demos delivered, deals advanced.
Work tightly with the AI Marketing Orchestrator and the founders — agents do top-of-funnel, you do middle-and-bottom-of-funnel conversion.
Hit weekly performance targets defined and reviewed each Monday.
Who We're Looking For
1–3+ years of B2B or B2C sales experience (real estate, SaaS, financial services, franchising or similar).
Advanced English (C1+) — you sell to US homebuyers, US contractors, and US investors. Native-grade communication required.
CRM fluency (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or equivalent).
Comfort on Zoom, polished presence, calm under objection.
Hunger and drive — this is a commission-rich role; we want closers who want to earn.
Bonus: prior exposure to US real estate, mortgage, franchising, or capital markets.
