Leading Company in Logistics Solutions and Freight Forwarding requests:

Business Development Manager

(Come from Freght Forwarders, with experience in the sale of logistics services, warehousing, international transportation, etc. for clients in the Automotive industry)

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, logistics or similar (intern or graduate)
- Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in sales of comprehensive logistics services, storage, transportation, sale of freight forwarder services.

- It is essential to come from Freight Agents or Freight Forwarders such as Kuehne Nagel, Geodis, DHL, or similar and have experience selling the services offered by these types of companies or 3PL logistics operators.

- Knowledge of comprehensive logistics solutions, prospecting, negotiation and account closing.
- Reports and presentations, commercial proposals.
- Advanced office parcel management, CRM and Pipeline management.
- Availability to travel when required, knows how to drive a car and has a valid license.
- Essential command of ADVANCED ENGLISH (read, written and spoken)
- It is desirable to have a client portfolio
- Experience as a BDM, selling Freight Forwarder services.

Activities:

- Prospecting new clients, B2B direct sales
- Go out to look for new clients, work in the field (Profile \"Hunter\")
- Achieve the acquisition of new business necessary and in accordance with the annual budget agreed upon by the company.
- Negotiation with clients and suppliers, quotes in conjunction with the pricing area.
- Information entry and monitoring in CRM system
- Sale of comprehensive logistics services: storage, distribution, transportation, foreign trade - customs, among others.
