Mission of the position
Lead and execute the commercial strategy for the opening, development and consolidation of new markets (OM) -with the exception of Chile, Peru and Mexico-, promoting the growth of the client portfolio and the positioning of Rankmi in the region. This role is responsible for managing the full B2B sales cycle, developing strategic relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from prospecting to implementation.

Functions of the position
Design and implement specific sales strategies for Other Markets, considering the commercial maturity, competitive context and local opportunities of each country.
Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities, building a solid network of contacts and opening doors in markets where Rankmi does not yet have a consolidated presence.
Manage the complete international sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, demos, commercial proposals, negotiations and contract closing, ensuring fluid coordination with internal teams.
Perform market and customer behavior analysis, detecting trends, entry barriers and strategic segments to drive international expansion.
Propose and execute commercial penetration strategies, including local alliances, entry strategies and tactical positioning actions for each target market.
Use tools such as CRM, commercial automation and sales intelligence systems, ensuring opportunity traceability and orderly and updated pipeline management.
Coordinate the handoff and onboarding process of new clients with Operations, ensuring a smooth transition and an impeccable initial experience.
Maintain active communication with Marketing, Product and Operations, coordinating campaigns, key messages and local needs for each market.
Monitor commercial indicators and pipeline performance, proposing adjustments to the strategy and ensuring compliance with sales objectives for OM markets.
Position requirements
Professional degree in Commercial Engineering, International Business or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS / HR TECH companies with a focus on Organizational Development solutions.
At least 2 years prospecting and managing international clients or in emerging markets.
Management of CRM tools (HubSpot desirable).
Experience in full sales cycle management.
Negotiation, communication and development of business relationships skills.
