Job Description

We're looking for a high-energy Sales Representative to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you'll connect with 60-70 property owners daily through outbound calls and inbound leads, building relationships that transform landlords into successful partners on our platform. An ideal candidate thrives in a metrics-driven environment where speed, rapport, and value articulation are key. Key Responsibilities: Make 60–70 high-quality outbound calls per day to prospects and customers. Responsible for maintaining responsiveness to incoming landlord inquiries and acting as a trusted advisor. Deliver a compelling pitch to promote Furnished Finder's listing services. Manage a high volume of leads with efficiency and urgency. Document all activity in the CRM and track engagement success rates. Convert qualified prospects into paying customers through short, consultative calls. Maintain accurate records in the CRM and follow up diligently. Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and team KPIs. Promote premium features and upsell value-added services when applicable. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and provide feedback. Qualifications: 1–2 years of sales experience (transactional or inside sales preferred). Comfortable in a high-volume call environment. Clear communicator with excellent phone presence and active listening skills. Goal-oriented with a strong internal drive and sense of urgency. Tech-savvy and able to navigate CRM systems and sales tools. Ability to work independently while staying connected to a remote team. Education & Experience: High School Diploma or Associate's Degree required. 1+ year in sales, onboarding, or customer engagement roles. Experience in real estate tech, SaaS, or platform-based sales is a plus. Skills: English level required: C1 (must). Persuasive communication and negotiation. Customer engagement and conversion tracking. CRM proficiency and pipeline follow-up. Detail-oriented listing validation.
