Job Description

Sales Operations Analyst (Remote)

We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to support the Revenue team by ensuring reliable data, clear reports and scalable processes.

Cities: Lima
Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (Weekends off)
Mode: 100% Remote
Contract: Indefinite

Responsibilities

Reporting & Analytics

-> Create dashboards in the CRM with clear visibility on: Commercial activity, pipeline, bookings, renewals and churn
-> Analyze the entire funnel to detect: Trends, bottlenecks and optimization opportunities
-> Transform complex data into actionable insights that impact: Inbound/outbound strategies / Account prioritization / Product adoption and retention

Forecasting

-> Work alongside Sales leadership in: Coverage, pacing, deal speed and attainment
-> Connect the Sales forecast with Finance: Audit and correction of data before the revenue forecast
-> Build and monitor leading indicators to improve predictability

Data Quality & Governance

-> Ownership of data quality and consistency in HubSpot and GTM tools
-> Define standard metrics and ensure their reliability
-> Run data audits on a recurring basis

Processes & Enablement

-> Document and optimize Lead-to-Cash processes
-> Accompany onboarding and training of revenue teams
-> Detect frictions and propose: Automations / System improvements
-> Ensure cross-functional alignment and clarity in handoffs

Tools & Systems

-> Support in the administration of: HubSpot, Gong, ZoomInfo, CPQ, Billing Systems, among others
-> Key link between GTM teams and technical resources
-> Evaluate and recommend tools to improve reporting and productivity

Requirements

-> +3 years of experience in roles such as Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations or similar analytical positions
-> Advanced English C1 (Mandatory)
-> Experience in CRM reporting (HubSpot desirable)
-> Intermediate Excel / Google Sheets (pivots, lookups)
-> Knowledge of SaaS metrics (ARR, ACV, churn, NRR)
-> Analytical, detailed and communicative profile
