Were looking for a hands-on Sales Operator to support the daily sales execution of a fast-growing logistics tech company. This role is all about doing reaching out, following up, organizing the pipeline, and helping move deals forward alongside the founder.\nIf you enjoy outbound work, staying organized, and turning conversations into meetings, this role is for you.\n\nWhat youll do\nExecute daily outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, and other channels)\nIdentify and qualify potential clients\nManage and maintain an active sales pipeline\nBook meetings and drive follow-ups consistently\nSupport the founder with day-to-day sales activities (prep, scheduling, next steps)\nKeep CRM and tracking tools updated and organized\nEnsure no opportunities are lost due to lack of follow-up\n\nWhat were looking for\n3+ years of experience in B2B sales / outbound / lead generation\nProven experience with cold outreach and pipeline management\nStrong consistency in daily execution (this role is highly activity-driven)\nAbility to move leads from first contact meeting next step\nExcellent English communication (written and verbal)\nExperience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)\nComfortable using LinkedIn and outreach tools\n\nDetails\nRemote\nFull-time\nUp to $6 USD/hour",
