— We are a results-driven team focused on optimizing performance across digital funnels. Our client portfolio spans e-commerce, nutraceuticals, fitness and wellness, SaaS, and agency services. We leverage data, buyer psychology, and targeted messaging to drive revenue growth for Shopify stores and marketing funnels. This role sits at the intersection of science and sales, where you will contribute to increasing conversions, improving close rates, and maximizing customer value through strategic outreach and effective communication.
As a Sales Closer, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on performance-based compensation. You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and account teams to ensure messaging is aligned with buyer needs, and you’ll own the end-to-end closing process for inbound and outbound opportunities. The role offers the potential for significant earnings based on results and sustained performance.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound sales calls and timely follow-ups with qualified prospects.
Proactively conduct outbound outreach to warm and cold prospects across multiple industries.
Apply buyer psychology and objection-handling techniques to increase close rates.
Clearly articulate value propositions tailored to e-commerce, nutraceuticals, fitness & wellness, SaaS, and agency services.
Record and track conversations, opportunities, and performance metrics for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to optimize messaging and conversion paths.
Maintain high energy, discipline, and a competitive mindset to consistently meet or exceed targets.

Requirements
We are seeking a proven closer with experience in high-intensity sales environments and a strong command of buyer psychology. You should be fluent in clear English, comfortable with phone-based selling, and capable of adapting messaging to diverse industries.
Required:
Proven sales closing experience (phone-based).
Solid understanding of buyer psychology and effective objection handling.
Clear, professional English speaking skills with excellent verbal communication.
High energy, self-motivation, and a competitive drive to succeed.
Ability to adapt messaging across multiple industries and prospects.

Desirable
Experience with Shopify/e-commerce funnels, conversion optimization, and price/value messaging is a plus. Familiarity with CRM systems, sales analytics, and pipeline management is beneficial. Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently while aligning with a larger sales and marketing team are highly desirable.
