Work Conditions\nModality: Remote\nSchedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am 6:00pm\nYour Mission\nAs a Sales Closer, you will be responsible for handling inbound leads only (no cold calling). Youll guide families through the decision-making process, present our coaching programs, and secure commitments.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage inbound leads and close sales.\nConduct scheduled calls with parents/guardians to present programs.\nAct as a trusted advisor during calls, building confidence and trust.\nFollow up and secure commitments during or after calls.\nParticipate in team stand-up meetings (3 times per week, 30 min).\nSubmit daily activity and results reports.\nRespond promptly to Slack messages and check appointments.\nMaintain accurate records in CRM systems.\nQualifications\nExcellent English is indispensable (spoken & written).\n13 years of experience closing high-ticket sales (flexible with 1 year if highly skilled).\nProven success managing inbound leads and closing deals.\nComfortable speaking with parents and children; sports/soccer background is a plus.\nAbility to work independently and consistently hit performance targets.",
