Job Description
At Solvo Global we are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a high level of professionalism and ethics to act as the first point of contact for our sales machinery. You will be responsible for managing inbound leads from business owners (therapists). Your approach will be consultative and non-intrusive, with the goal of strategically qualifying prospects and ensuring that only the right profiles advance through the pipeline to scale their professional practice.
Mode: 100% remote
Language: English C1 (excellent pronunciation)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM (Central Time - CT).
Main Responsibilities
Inbound Qualification: Respond quickly to leads and evaluate them by budget, urgency and preparation.
Discovery: Identify goals and blocks through calls, disqualifying unsuitable profiles.
GoHighLevel Management: Maintain impeccable records, notes and tags in the CRM.
Feedback: Report objection patterns to optimize scripts and processes.
Requirements
Experience: 2 to 3 years in sales development, scheduling or qualification.
Languages: English C1 (excellent pronunciation)
Technical: CRM experience, ideally GoHighLevel.
Skills: Direct communication, active listening and extreme attention to detail.
Mentality: Autonomy, speed and ability to think critically.
