Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients through online databases, social media, and industry events.
Qualify inbound leads and actively reach out to prospects via cold calls, emails, and networking.
Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality leads to support the sales cycle.
Schedule appointments and product demos for Account Executives or senior sales team members.
Develop strong professional relationships with potential clients and nurture long-term connections.
Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales funnel.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and strategies.
Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
Track, measure, and report on key metrics such as call volume, emails sent, meetings booked, and opportunities created.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 1–2 years in sales or lead generation; internship or entry-level experience in a sales-driven environment considered.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Technical readiness: Wi-Fi and hardware suitable for a remote, fast-paced sales environment.

0-3 months: $1,200 USD/month
After 3 months:
$1,250/month (includes a $50 Wellness Bonus)
After 1 year:
$1,340 USD/month
After 2 years:
$1,480 USD/month
After 3 years:
$1,540 USD/month
After 4 years:
$1,600 USD/month
Annual Adjustments:
