Design and execute sales strategies
Optimize and improve sales workflows
Identify bottlenecks and implement automation and process improvements
Manage team performance across time zones using KPIs
Handle underperformance, conflicts, and operational challenges professionally Make fast, confident decisions in dynamic and changing conditions

C2 English proficiency
Must be able to work aligned with late afternoon Lithuania time (EET/EEST)
1+ year experience managing teams
3+ years of sales experience
Experience in tourism, travel platforms, or OTAs (preferred)

Commission-only structure
First year: approx. USD 15,000
Second year: approx. USD 20,000
Thereafter: negotiable
Quarterly and yearly performance bonuses
