: You will join a dynamic team supporting technically rigorous industrial data projects that drive innovation. The role focuses on delivering scalable Salesforce solutions for our enterprise clients, with opportunities for leadership development and career progression within a globally distributed, fully remote environment.

Role & Responsibilities
🔹 Configure Salesforce using Flows, Process Builder, custom objects, and security settings.
🔹 Develop and maintain solutions with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
🔹 Build and support Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
🔹 Write unit tests, participate in code reviews, and support QA processes.
🔹 Manage deployments and data operations (Change Sets, CI/CD, Data Loader).
🔹 Collaborate with stakeholders to estimate and deliver user stories.

Requirements
🔹 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
🔹 Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (LWC).
🔹 Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using MuleSoft
🔹 Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
🔹 Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP).
🔹 Capabilities: Strong problem-solving abilities, strong collaboration skills, and the capacity to work independently or within a team in a fast-paced remote environment. Familiarity with CI/CD and release management is a plus, as is experience with data migration and cleansing. Salesforce certifications are desirable.
🔹 Spoken and written English.
Please note that
hands-on experience with MuleSoft is mandatory
for this role, as it’s central to the day-to-day work.

Desirable Skills
Nice-to-have experience with CI/CD and release management. Knowledge of data migration, cleansing, and integration patterns. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Admin, etc.) are advantageous as they demonstrate validated expertise and commitment to the platform.
