Design and build custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
Architect and maintain MuleSoft integrations connecting Salesforce to external systems.
Configure advanced automation with Flows, Process Builder, and custom objects to streamline business processes.
Implement robust security settings aligned with healthcare data compliance requirements.
Write comprehensive unit tests and participate in peer code reviews to uphold quality standards.
Manage deployments via Change Sets, CI/CD tools, and version control systems.
Execute data operations using Data Loader and related tooling.
Collaborate with stakeholders to estimate, prioritize, and deliver user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Salesforce Developer with deep integration experience who can own the design and implementation of complex, data-intensive solutions in healthcare and life sciences contexts. You will translate business requirements into reliable, scalable Salesforce implementations while maintaining high standards for code quality and security. You will work autonomously, delivering systems that handle sensitive health data with precision and resilience.
Required:
5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Mandatory hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using MuleSoft.
Expert-level Apex development.
Production experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, security models, and governor limits.
Proven track record with REST/SOAP API integrations.
Experience in health or life sciences sectors (preferred for domain context).

Experience with healthcare data standards, privacy regulations, and compliance frameworks. Familiarity with data modeling in health tech, data governance practices, and analytics integrations. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global team and communicating effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
