We’re looking for a
Senior Technical Consultant
to join our remote nearshore team. This role combines solution architecture, technical leadership, and hands-on Salesforce expertise, with a strong focus on
Salesforce Field Service (SFS)
.
You’ll bridge business needs with scalable technical solutions, acting as a trusted advisor for clients while leading implementations across the Salesforce ecosystem.

5+ years building and designing solutions on
Salesforce
.
Deep expertise in
Salesforce Field Service
(implementation, architecture & hands-on delivery).
Strong background in client-facing consulting roles, leading end-to-end implementations.
Proven experience designing solutions across
Sales
,
Service
&
Experience Cloud
.
Ability to own technical delivery (Flows, Apex, LWC, integrations).
Active Salesforce Field Service Consultant Certification
.
Excellent
English
communication skills—able to lead workshops and explain complex concepts clearly.

Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Einstein) to boost productivity.
Experience with
Salesforce Industry Clouds
(e.g.,
Health Cloud
).
Hands-on experience with
OmniStudio
(FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
Previous experience as a
Salesforce Developer
.
Salesforce Architect
certifications (Application Architect / System Architect).
