Job Description
You will act as a technical lead and solution architect for Salesforce platform implementations in the Health & Life Sciences space, with mandatory expertise in Salesforce Field Service. You will bridge complex business operations with scalable technical solutions, designing across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Field Service while supporting patient-facing and provider-facing workflows.
This role requires someone who can lead discovery sessions, translate business requirements into technical architecture, guide delivery teams, and confidently advise client stakeholders. You will serve as the Field Service subject matter expert for in-home installations, maintenance visits, dispatching, scheduling optimization, mobile workforce management, and service operations.
The ideal candidate has deep Salesforce platform experience, a strong technical foundation, and the maturity to operate as a senior consultant or architect in client-facing environments.

Lead discovery sessions with business and technical stakeholders to understand operations, pain points, and system requirements.
Design scalable Salesforce solutions across Field Service, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and relevant Industry Cloud capabilities.
Serve as the lead SME for Salesforce Field Service implementations, including work orders, service appointments, dispatching, scheduling, optimization, mobile workforce, territories, resources, and maintenance processes.
Define solution architecture, integration approach, technical roadmap, and implementation phases.
Guide delivery teams on when to use declarative tools such as Flows, OmniStudio, and configuration versus custom development with Apex, LWC, or integrations.
Partner with Project Managers to estimate effort, define scope, identify risks, and ensure technical delivery aligns with the architecture.
5+ years of Salesforce platform experience designing and building solutions.
Deep hands-on experience implementing and architecting Salesforce Field Service.
Active Salesforce Field Service Consultant certification.
Proven client-facing consulting experience in senior consultant, technical lead, or architect roles.
Strong Salesforce technical foundation: Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, integrations, data model, security model, and platform best practices.
Excellent English communication skills, especially for workshops, stakeholder presentations, and technical documentation.
