Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP MM (Materials Management) Consultant with strong expertise in S4/HANA to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP MM solutions, with a solid understanding of S4/HANA capabilities and simplifications. You will work closely with business stakeholders, supply chain teams, and technical specialists to deliver optimized procurement and inventory management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

-Lead and participate in the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP MM modules in an S4/HANA environment.

-Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.

-Configure MM functionalities, including procurement processes (P2P), inventory management, material master data, valuation, pricing, and vendor management.

-Support integration with other SAP modules such as FI, SD, PP, WM, and EWM.

-Work with technical teams to deliver enhancements, custom reports, and interfaces.

-Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

-Provide user training, system documentation, and post-implementation support.

-Troubleshoot and resolve SAP MM-related issues in S4/HANA.

-Stay updated on S4/HANA supply chain innovations and recommend process improvements.


Qualifications & Skills

-Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems, or related field.

-5+ years of SAP MM functional experience, including at least 1-2 full lifecycle S4/HANA implementations.

-Strong knowledge of MM processes: procurement, inventory management, material master data, batch management, and invoice verification.

-Proficient in S4/HANA Simplifications (e.g., Business Partner integration, new MRP concepts, Fiori apps).

-Experience in integration with FI, SD, PP, and WM/EWM.

-Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.

-Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

-Have the language skills to lead meetings with clients abroad (Excellent English/Conversational skills.


Preferred Skills

-SAP certification in MM or S4/HANA Sourcing & Procurement.

-Knowledge of Ariba or Supplier Lifecycle Management.

-Experience with BAPIs, IDOCs, and EDI integration.

-Exposure to Fiori/UI5 applications in procurement and inventory.
