Location: All Solvo headquarters in Colombia | Remote work \n Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. 5:30 p.m. (GMT5 / EST) \nJob Description \nWe are looking for a detailed and empathetic Scheduler to join our home care team. This role is key to coordinating caregiver assignments, ensuring clients receive timely and consistent care. WellSky management and fluent communication in English and Spanish are required to support our diverse client and caregiver base. \n \n Responsibilities \nDevelop, manage and adjust caregiver schedules based on client needs. \nUse WellSky to enter, update and track schedules with accuracy and compliance. \nAssign caregivers to clients based on skills, certifications and availability. \nCommunicate schedule changes in a clear and timely manner in English and Spanish. \nResolve scheduling conflicts and emergencies efficiently. \nCollaborate with HR and management to identify staffing gaps and propose solutions. \nMaintain compliance with internal policies, labor laws and home care regulations. \nMonitor attendance and punctuality of caregivers. \nProvide exceptional customer service to families and users, with empathy and professionalism. \n\n Profile required \nProficiency in WellSky or similar homecare scheduling software (AlayaCare, KanTime, AxisCare, CareSmartz360, Tebra (formerly Kareo Engage), DoctorConnect, Doctolib Pro, Liine, Deputy, GoReminders, PtEverywhere, WaitWell) \nStrong organization and time management skills. \nExcellent communication in English and Spanish (oral and written). \nAbility to multitask and manage pressure. \nProblem solving skills in the face of unexpected changes. \nKnowledge of home care industry standards and caregiver accreditation. \nMinimum 1 year of Scheduler experience",
