Scheduling Coordinator (Scheduler)

Hours: Tuesday to Friday, from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to coordinate caregiver schedules, shift assignments, and service coverage. This role is key to ensuring accurate and timely scheduling, working closely with the operations team and responding to last-minute changes.
Main responsibilities:
Create and manage weekly caregiver schedules to ensure complete coverage.
Update information on platforms such as WellSky and Viventium.
Confirm availability and assignments with caregivers.
Address cancellations, absences and urgent coverage needs.
Coordinate with operations team to align scheduling with care plans.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
Accurately document all activities and schedule changes.
Requirements:
High school diploma (High School Diploma).
Advanced English (C1 level required).
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Management of programming software and digital tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changes.
Previous programming experience in the health or home care sector is a plus.",
