SCHEDULER\nSALARY: 2.800.000 - 3.200.000\nREMOTE COLOMBIA\nMonday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm,CST/CDT\nThe Scheduler plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional inhome care experience by effectively coordinating relationships between clients and caregivers. \nThe Scheduler serves as a key liaison among clients, caregivers, and office leadership, maintaining professionalism, responsiveness, and operational excellence in a fastpaced environment. This role requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, emotional intelligence, and the ability to multitask while upholding the agencys mission, vision, and core values. \n\n Skills: \n-English C1\n-Minimum of two (2) years of relevant business or administrative or scheduler experience preferred. \n-Proficiency with office software and scheduling systems. \n\nResponsabilities: \n-Verbal Communication Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally, conveying warmth, empathy, and competence. \n-Communicate consistently with caregivers and clients to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and ensure continuity of care. \n-Act as a liaison between caregivers and the Office/Operations Manager to facilitate clear and timely information flow. \n-Customer Focus Respond promptly and courteously to all client and caregiver inquiries. \n-Accurately receive, document, and process new referrals and service inquiries in accordance with company standards. \n-Represent the agency with professionalism and commitment to high-quality service. \n-Adaptability Support sales, marketing, and public relations initiatives as needed. \n-Demonstrate flexibility in responding to changing schedules, urgent requests, and operational priorities.",
